Library Board of Trustees

The Library Board of Trustees is a group of citizens responsible for the governing of a public library.
 These Members are appointed by the Mayor, approved by the City Council, and are
the vital link between the library and its community.

The Hartington Public  Library Foundation was incorporated in 1983 to solicit and receive gifts, bequests, grants and devices of property of any kind for the use and benefit of the library.

Friends of the Library

The Friends are a group of people of all ages interested in books, reading and sharing special
